Born in 1969 in Kırşehir, he completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Kırşehir. In 1987, he started his undergraduate education and graduated from Ege University Faculty of Medicine in 1993. He successfully completed his specialty training in ENT at the same university and graduated from Sivas Numune
Hospital as an ENT Specialist.
In 1999, he was appointed as chief assistant at İzmir Atatürk Training and Research Hospital. In 2003, he was appointed to Kırşehir State Hospital. He worked as Assistant Chief Physician and Otorhinolaryngology Specialist at Kırşehir State Hospital for a while. He has conducted various researches in the field of ENT specialization and has many scientific articles published in this field. He served as an active member in non-governmental organizations such as Turkish January, Turkish Health and Science Union, Turkish ENT Foundation and Turkish Rhinology Association.
He is interested in painting and recent political history. Dr. Ahmet Hakkı speaks English fluently and is married with two children.
